Another service that we can offer through our sister company (Heelstone Developments) is a tailor-made service whereby we are employed to deliver projects for funds and clients who don’t have the capabilities to do this themselves.
This we are currently doing for an equity fund outside the UK who have residential schemes around the Uk of various sizes. We have been able to value engineer these schemes in many instances and bring in a variety of design consultants who also bring their expertise to the operation enabling us to provide them with a turnkey solution.
