With an enviable network of contacts, we have access to excellent on & off market opportunities and with their support and backing we are able to move quickly if the right site presents itself.
HHGL have ongoing requirements to develop across the UK & Europe for land, with or without planning, a minimum of 2 acres in strong locations close to motorway links, edge of town & city centres and also coastal locations.
We will also look at conversions of existing hotels where we have the ability to rebrand as well as sites that are large enough to enable us to deliver mixed used schemes of hotel and residential in the right locations.
