Once we have land security, our designated design team work very closely with our chosen brands project management team designing the hotel based on the given prototype. This is a proven effective and time efficient model of ensuring there are unnecessary delays and issues during the construction phase of the scheme.
We will also work very closely with our pre-approved panel of construction partners who will deliver each project for us on a fixed design and build cost under our supervision and guidance with input at all times for the brand and later on in the scheme as it approaches completion the operator.
We provide in depth communication with our brand partners all the way through the build to ensure there are no delays this will also ensure that there are no project over runs and as is our goal the building is delivered sustainably and efficiently.
