Having now delivered hotel projects for nearly the last decade we aim now to move into becoming an owner operator in this sector. With clearly identified projects we have teamed up with the leading, independent, multinational hotel operators across the UK to help us achieve our goal.
We have identified the country’s leading third-party hotel management companies in the world who will operate hotels on our behalf and their extensive expertise will prove invaluable to us due to their brand diversity, accounting and IT systems, unrivalled purchasing power and sheer depth of corporate resource.In the future we hope to have our own operating company once our model is scalable in the meantime we very much look forward to working with some of the country’s leading operators.
