As the company’s long term vision is to become a hotel investment company, we are looking to secure, develop and retain many of the projects we offer a turnkey solution for with the intention of operating these for at least 3 – 5 years to ensure the asset has time to stabilise prior to making a decision as whether to sell it on to institutional investment groups or continue to operate the hotel on an n going basis.
We will also consider developing projects and finding institutional investors who want to purchase the asset at turnkey mainly offering long term lease arrangements. For this solution we work with agents around the country many of whom will already have funds looking to purchase assets at competitive yields thus freeing up capital to develop other opportunities.
